The transfer-adjusting layer 13 makes use of a polyamide as a resin of high film-forming properties and heat-sensitive adhesion and a hydrogenated rosin as a tackifying resin of high cohesion, respectively in the compounding ratios of 20-70 wt% and 80-30 wt%.
